Nara the Man again. [MB]
All for gold flower scent
I climb up the Dark Pass,
Sekku Festival ?!
Scent of gold flowers
and here in Nara ancient
statues of Buddha.
Nara the Man again
after how many ages ?!
gold flower scent ...
Gold flowers in hand
leaving Nara for Naniwa,
an early Moon night.

MB994: kikú no ká ni / Kurágarì nobóru / Sékku ka ná.
MB995: kikú no ká ya / Nára ni wà furúki / Hotóketà chi.
MB996: kikú no ká ya / Nára wa ìku yó no / otóko bùri.
MB997: kikú ni déte / Nára to Nániwa wà / yóï zukÃyo.
Nara was the capital from 710 to 784
[acc. to my Kenkyûsha Dictionary from 710 to 794.]
Hotoketachi = lit. "Buddhas"
Naniwa = Ôsaka.
Jane, "otoke buri = handsome man" ??
iku yo no otoko buri =
how-many of-ages/generations man after-again >
man (of) after how many ages again.
