Operatie Hemelbrug.
From the Mañyoushuu, that was completed in 759:
Boven berg Fuji
hoog uitzicht en wijs inzicht
een zwevende wolk
gereed om heen te vliegen
voor een nieuwe krijgersdroom.
Hovering above
Mount Fuji's peak a sky cloud
high view a wise view
ready to fly off on wings
-- for a new beginning.
[白ç‹]
fuji no ne wo
taka-mi kashiko-mi
ama-kumomo
i-yuki-ha-bakari
tanabiku mono-(w)o.
Mañ-you-shuu 03 - 0321:
高橋連 taká-hashì-tsurète (kô-kyô-ren)
布士能嶺乎 高見æ見 天雲毛 伊去羽斤 ç”°èœå¼•ç‰©ç·’
ãµã˜ã®ãã‚’ / ãŸã‹ã¿ã‹ã—ã“ã¿ / ã‚ã¾ãã‚‚ã‚‚ /
ã„ゆãã¯ã°ã‹ã‚Š / ãŸãªã³ãã‚‚ã®ã‚’
I think the title is "High Bridge Leading" > Leading across the High Bridge.
Fuji's peak (acc.) // high-view wise-view // sky-/Heavenly-cloud //
that-one > ready/about-to < wing < go //
hovering-above(> adj.>) thing-beginning/thread.
物緒 mono-o = beginning of a thing > this can mean anything,
but in context and the pun on Mount Fuji make it clear what it is.
富士(山) (Mount) Fuji > "Wealth Land Mountain". This 布士 is a pun >
in kanji it says "cloth-samurai" [fu - shi(> ji).] > samurai cloth. >
so what's the new beginning about ??
what did the sky cloud need Mount Fuji's blessing for ??
天 ame (ama-) = teñ = sky; Heaven, Providence.
棚引ã tanábiku = to linger;  to hover above;  to trail;  to hang over;  to lie over.
