A newly met friend

I know we just met, But I hope we could become so much more then I already get.
When you look at me, do you feel any sympathy?
If I walk by in the hallway, do you ever wonder if I am okay?
Do you ever stop and stare? Do you ever think of me and care?
Is there any way I could get your attention…? Do you ever consider the things I mention?
I hope I get to know you well, I hope that at that moment, there is nothing you won’t tell…
And I know this is too early, you might not be in that mood. But I hope that one day you will say “wow, what a great dude”
