Yeah - and then you die!
In the morning
she'll be in grief
cause life's a thief
she'll be in mourning
life was crawling out of him in that night
and she just yearned for that one touch
for one last kiss oh she craved so much
and his pillow now she hold's on firm and tight
centuries if not aeons of time are now ahead of him
and she's the mourning willow dressed only in black
her world dark and grey and she won't have him back
wondering about life, staring in her teacup over the brim.
gone were her goals, gone was her loving husband
her life as such only existed out of bygones
she searched his medal of fine phosphor bronze
she cried silently and angry she made a big of her hand.
