Ballroom tears

Cheeks, used as a ballroom for tears
dancing their waltz of grief and pain
an endless flow of silty sadness
liquified feelings, an emotional rain

Eyes like windows to a heart without hope
to a soul deeply scratched, to deep to heal
trying to assimilate in to daily routines
missing the abillity to emphatise, to feel

Thoughts, crawling trough the alleys of the brain
colouring a future by exploring the past
dredging through a world, dark and blue
using bits and pieces to build it up, at last
